how to order

To order from us please call during office hours (Monday - Friday 10am – 6pm). We except all major credit cards or cheques drawn on a UK bank. Alternately you email us at sales@dotrouge.co.uk and we can arrange PayPal transactions - recommended for international customers.

delivery charges

Delivery is by courier and is from £7.50 for print only to £15 for framed prints up to 10 kilos.

Print only delivery from stock is usually within two to three working days, for non stock or framed pieces please allow up to three weeks.

e-mail us for a non UK delivery quote, stating your country and what you might be ordering.

money back policy

You may cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. A refund for the full amount of the order will be paid back to you within 30 days. Delivery costs are non refundable.
